How will you impact the company’s growth?

As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll play a key role in identifying and bringing in top talent for mid-to-senior roles, with a focus on business and tech.

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers as their trusted advisor. Your mission will be to understand the bigger picture and business needs, in order to match new talent with roles they’ll thrive in.

In addition to recruitment, you’ll engage in employer branding efforts (such as recruitment marketing and organizing events) and support other HR processes as needed.

Here’s what would make you the ideal candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in in-house recruitment, with a strong focus on mid and senior-level roles, including technical positions
  • Broader HR and Business Understanding: At least 8 years of overall experience in HR, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various HR processes and their connection to business needs
  • Stakeholder Management: proven experience in partnering with hiring managers, from defining ideal candidate profiles to supporting the hiring process through to the final stages
  • Strategic Hiring and Employer Branding: strong understanding of long-term hiring strategies, with a passion for driving employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
